Teak (Tectona grandis) is the best wood for use in the construction of outdoor furniture. review the concern and provide the appropriate
action to resolve the issue. Teak is the absolute best because it
is one of the hardest, strongest and most durable of all timbers, it
is extremely rot and parasite resistant,
it will not splinter, weathers evenly in the sun to a soft, distinguished silvery grey that requires no preservative treatments |

What is the wood level of your best quality ? |
|
|
We prefer on teakwood with A grade, that's our primary material. Wood used in A-grade
should be free of:
Sapwood on visible and non visible parts,
Blackwood (tiger wood) on visible and non visible parts,
blue stain,
dead knots on visible and non visible parts fillings and fillers,
cracked wood (internal and external),
veneer and lamination,
wormholes on visible and non visible parts,
extensive color contrast,
Chemical and coloring,
Natural shades and variations in the wood are acceptable in case the overall appearance is good. we also accept the quality of wood that costumer needed from the finewoods. |

Yes, we can make and welcome any kinds of custom-designed furniture. We can accept Customer Own Color (COC) based on your particular request. |

Yes, you can purchase your furniture online, please check the terms and payments for the details.
We also very welcome to our costumer who want to buy directly from our factory; the costumers should be

Do you have a showroom? |

Company has a showroom in High Point, our new central office in Semarang display a beautiful small showroom which represent the sample room. and we are very welcome to all the costumer who wants to visit our display and at the same time we will invite you to another showroom in Jepara to see another view.. |

For the local retailer, can I order less then a container ? |

Yes of course, for the hotel or furniture retails will able to order less then a container. minimum quantity is negotiable but we recommend you to order 1 container 20' with different products or specified, so that our products should be give you a good profit with our quality and service. |

Can I get a sample product before I purchasing order |

We are sorry, we only make a product depends on the order contract, but we are very open
to the costumer who wants buy a pieces for your own sample
in our showroom with the product displayed and the costumer should responsible for their delivery cost. |

Regarding this, the costumer should ask the shipping client for the status of order;
for the local market we can serve the costumer with phone in working days for the
information regarding the status of the

The furniture I ordered arrived with damage.
What should I do next? |
|
|
Any complain must be with the evidence, such as photographs. We need 3 photographs ( it takes from front-side, side and back-side. Especially for chair, we also need the leg's photograph ) for each complained units.
In the case of order cancellations, deposits are not refundable,
Orders not claimed by customer for a period of 3 months or more without any confirmation will be declared “unclaimed” and will be melted.
Deposits on unclaimed orders are NOT refundable. Please read our

When will
my furniture be delivered?
|
|
|
For the local market,
your local retailer will
provide an estimated delivery date once
you place your furniture order. A furniture
order is usually delivered within 1 to 2
weeks. If you are ordering Custom Upholstery,
it may take 2 to 3 weeks for your furniture
to be delivered. As your estimated delivery
date approaches, be in touch with your local
retailer for more specific delivery information.
For the export market, we have about 30 days for the normal production after ordered.
We will always give you update information about shipping schedule from your shipping agent.

Why might
it take weeks to receive my
furniture order? |
|
|
While many other types
of products can be shipped overnight or
within a few days, it takes longer to ship
furniture. Here are several reasons why:
* Ground Transportation -
furniture is shipped from the Factory to Port or Local Destination
Our furniture is often large and
heavy. In order to keep your freight charges
to a minimum, orders are consolidated and
then shipped to your local retailer. Consolidating
orders takes time.
* Customized Product - When you purchase furniture, you may be choosing
from a large selection of fabrics and leathers.
This customization requires additional time
to produce and deliver the furniture.
* Production Time - If you order a piece
that is not in stock in 's
warehouse, we will need time to make the
furniture for you.
