The most efficient ordering system is
sign up for the costumer's form and
submit your order or send your form by

Minimum order is 1 X 20” container, but 1 X 40” container is highly recommended.

We will send you an order form to make the procedure easier and send it to us via email or fax (optional)
|

|
» |
Orders sent to our company shall be considered valid, if we have confirmed in return in written. |

|
| PRICES
|
|
|
|
|

All prices are in US dollars |

All prices are based on FREE ON BOARD Semarang. |

|
| TERM OF PAYMENT |
|
|
|
|

We prioritize transaction based on Irrevocable L/C At Sight. |
|
|
» |
To avoid costly amendment and other
bank charges, draft of transfer form
or L/C should be faxed before transfer
or opening of L/C to be done. |
|
|
» |
All changers from the bank transfer are
to be paid by the customer. |
|
|
» |
The customer also agrees to take full
responsibility for all import duties on
merchandise in destinations country. |
|
|
» |
Document required for L/C: Invoice,
Packing List, B/L, COO, Certificate of
Fumigation. Costumer should be confirmed to add other documents. |

|
» |
Customer must be faxing the transfer
slip to us so we start the productions. |
|
|
» |
For the Payment by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
50% Deposit is required to confirm the production of the order. After received of balance payment,
original documents will be send via courier service.
Transfer should be done to our Bank. |

Payment should be settle when the order
ready. |

| CANCELATION & CLAIMS
|

Any complain must be with the evidence,
such as photographs. We need 3
photographs ( it takes from front-side,
side and back-side. Especially for
chair, we also need the leg's photograph
) for each complained units. |

In the case of order cancellations,
deposits are not refundable |
|
|
» |
According to the insurance policy, orders not claimed by customer for a
period of 4 weeks or more without any
confirmation will be declared
“unclaimed” and will be melted |
|
|
» |
Deposits on unclaimed orders are NOT
refundable |

Packing: Since we do 100% safety delivery, we require to packed with
carton box extra packaging and require additional
cost for the extra packaging.

per container is 1,5 month on working

on the items ordered, the quantity
